We pirates here on the hurricane batterd pieces of relestate, once known
as the outer banks, have not heard a response to your issue on the net.
First ya need to contact a source of good informantion, and unforunately,
some councils don't have too much since they are more interested in numbers
of packs and troops, and we ,the wild bunch of scouting, don't count for much.
Since you have 3 years tenure you are elgiable, with a bit of sea
scouting education, for the Skippers Key, and may the sea gods be foavobable
to you. You need the sea scouters basic and advanced courses. You could
contact our own esteemed" Cardnial Wardroom" for help. Contact SSS207@aol.com
to get advice.
Contact your regionial commodore or ask Bruce Johnson for help. You may as
well go to the top of the heap here.
Southern regional Commodore Walt Whitacre may be of help, but that pirate
too won't answer his e-mail !
If all else fails, Skipper, contact me, offical loose cannon of the
Tidewater Council for help. I can put ya in touch with a band of sea scouting
pirates who can lend you a hand.
