Information about applying to hold a SEAL course is available from National
SEAL Training Coordinator, Jim Elroy at <email@example.com>. This is a specific
application process for holding SEAL. I believe that the application must be in
to Jim by 1 November 99 for any potential course for the year 2000. BTW, we
already have confirmed SEAL courses for 2000 in the Chesapeake Bay (NE-3) and the
Florida Keys (SR-4).
