I would agree. If you are wearing the Ordinary, Able, or Quartermaster
insignia, the Sea Scouting Bronze award should not be worn. I would also
suggest that recipients of the Gold award should not wear the Bronze award.
Likewise, recipients of the Silver Award should not wear the Gold Award.
