The new "How to Organize a Sea Scout Ship" booklet is a great
resource for local councils trying to expand the Sea Scouting program.
It includes detailed instructions for starting Ships, along with a
suggested program for the new Ship's first two years of operation.
I've noticed one small error in the booklet that everyone should be
aware of. On the bottom of the last page of the booklet in a gray box,
it reads as follows:

As we all know, the correct address is
When you order your supplies of this excellent publication, PRINT UP SOME
LABELS to place over the incorrect web address with the correct
one, along with your local council's name, address, and phone number (or
other Sea Scouting contact information).
I suspect National has not really come to grips with the knowledge that we
are the best organized, most positively subversive, and most cyber
sophisticated organization in the batting order.
