The Sea Scouts of America are composed of 14-20 year olds. Why should we
limit a National Competition to 14-18 year olds? Some of our best sailors
especially from Ship 10 Miami will be turning 18 soon and wouldn't make sense
to have a national competition to find the best of the best without them.
Otherwise I think its a great idea to hold these type of events and you can
count on the Miami Outboard Club to be a sponsor.
