National has done Sea Scouting a giant and all of the rest of the BSA
a nice favour.
Web will be out of the cash drain and executive time burden caused by the
lawsuits from homosexuals and atheists.
Sea Scouting was badly hurt by Exploring. High Adventure Exploring had
lost SILVER and RANGER advancement tracks. Their Green Uniforms died twice
in my lifetime. We were all smothered by the non Scout CAW posts demands for
cash and professional attention.
After some Green Pain, I see nothing but good resulting from this.
