I'm pleased to see other ships adopting use of the Silver Anchor award
and Ship's Memorial Award. As far as I know, those were "invented" by
Ship 90. I would be interested in how they are implemented in your
ships. What does the award consist of, and what is the criteria for it?
I've gotten no replies to my inquiry about who has received the Monkey's
Fist. But I've gotten several questions about what it is, where it
I've sent out half a dozen "unofficial" replies, and have
since corresponded with the daughter of one of the founders to develop an
"official" description. (Thanks to April Maska, Ship II, the SES
Seagull.) It's available on both Ship 90 web sites as "90MFIST.HTML",
and can be found by following the "Resources" link from the home page.
