I am david knowlton boastwains mate of ship 161 we dont really have a policy
on it but i disagree with it. First of all who pays for anything that
happens while an adult from the ship is out sailing without the scouts? It
isnt a scouting function so should the scouts pay for it or the adult who
borrowed the boat?
i also assume that you use an engine to get out of the docks do the adults
pay for the gas which they use or do the explorers?
What if 2 ships share boats and the boat is registered to one ship is a
member of the ship required to be with the other group when they use it?
are there any rules in regards to this?
