Have your explorer contact Lt. Col. Don Blackwelder at
Don's daughter was active in our ship in the Washington DC area, and
helped form a U.S. Sea Explorer ship in Germany when the Air Force sent
him there. Now the catch is, Sembach is about six hours by autobahn from
Hamburg. I don't know if there is a crew or ship up there.
He may also want to ask Len Little, the Overseas Council Exploring
Chairman, but I lack an address for Len.
