You may or may not have noticed. But I've made a few updates to the Ship
(1) All the files in the Explorer.Org/Sea90 directory have been replaced
with a "moved" page that points to the SeaScout.Net/Ship90 directory.
(2) It turns out that files with an absolute URL reference for the
Geocities counters DON'T get counted. Apparently their software treats
those the same as an image request from another site. I had to change
them all to local references in order to get them to work. That's
unfortunately going to cause error messages in your logs. (I've uploaded
a copy of the "null-pic.jpg" file to the /cgi-bin/counter/ship90
directory for each reference, but if access to that directory is denied
(3) Speaking of logs ... can you send me an extract with all references
to the Sea90/Ship90 directories? I'd like to see which parts of the site
(if any) are popular.
(4) I've made what I think are all the necessary changes from Sea
Explorers to Sea Scouts and Exploring to Venturing. I tried to upload
them a short while ago, but neither your server nor the Geocities server
were responding. I'll try again later.
