If the chartered organization signed the charter, they KNOW or should have
been made aware of the fact that they are co-ed and part of the appeal of
Venturing is the fact that it involves BOTH males and females.
That is a drawing point, a recruitment point, and part of the BSA's national
promotion of Venturing. To remove that part *unless your organization has
agreed in writing that their Ship or Crew remains ALL-MALE (or ALL FEMALE)*
takes away a part of what Venturing is all about.
