I don't know if that will happen. But I did email my senators and my state
representative about the revocation of this historical charter and stated my
view. Total time it took me was about 15 - 20 minutes to express my opinion
(that includes time to find their email addresses. I felt it was well worth
the very short time it took. Within 4 hours I had an answer from my state
representative. I was pretty impressed by that, and grateful that he had the
time *that day* to answer me.
Even though your opinion on the possible revocation of the BSA charter
doesn't go into a ballot box, it is still very important. And with the ease
of email it makes it easy to express your opinion to those that represent you
We are currently going through election time in our country, and there are
familiar watchwords we hear, "If you don't vote, don't complain about how
things are going." If you don't email or write your elected officials about
your opinion on this, I think the same principle applies.
