Well, no, that's VERY reasonable. Only ONE person at a time can be
responsible for all the duties of an office. And each person has to be
responsible for x months or he doesn't get credit for it, so even if you
doubled up titles, you'd double the length of time necessary as well (if
you do half the work half the time, you need twice as long to do ALL the

I don't recall that being a function of the Troop committee. It says
SM-assigned, not Committee-assigned, after all.

Because they were said to have finished the requirements for First
Class. Finishing "this" doesn't imply you're "ready" or even "willing"
to do "that." Making a meatloaf for dinner doesn't make you ready to
make your own sausage, and making your own sausage doesn't make you ready
to butcher a whole hawg.
