As I recall, there is an application form for each of the Venturing
awards, that must be filled out and submitted, similar to the
requirement for an Eagle Application and the Application for Eagle
Palms. I believe blanks are included in the Venturing Guidebook.
However, in addition, the award should be listed on an Advancement
Report. Remember, the Advancement Report is a UNIT Advancement Report.
It's not just for Troops. It should be used to record ALL rank and merit
badge advancements in Packs, Troops, Teams, Crews, and Ships.
