The first point I see is that this requirement only involves the
planning of a menu. The second point is that if the wording was
breakfast, lunch, or dinner then I would conclude that only one of the
three should involve cooking. But, the wording is breakfast lunch, and
dinner so the cooking criteria would involve all three.
