we have all heard, many times, about how important it is to drink enough
water, both at home and on the trail. for me, the problem on the trail is
that straight water, even after being purified, still does nothing large
for my partricular tastes, so it needs to have something added. in the past
I would cut up a lemon and put a wedge into the water bottle and leave it
there. by the end of the week, the wedge was pretty tuckered out, but it
did add just a little flavor and make it easier for me to drink the water.
I am looking for some other home brew alternatives to this problem, trying
to stay away from Gator-aid/exercise type drink mixes. anyone got some
