Help plan a patrol menu for one campout--including one breakfast, lunch,

Our SM/ASM corps is disagreeing on whether that means that EACH of the

must involve cooking. What says the list? End snip>
For the literal definition, I would go back to my study of sentence
structure in HS. That tells me that the phrase "including one
breakfast, lunch, and dinner", is a prepositional phrase, and that the
sentence should be able to stand alone w/o the phrase. Therefore it is
the menu that requires cooking and not necessarily each item on 'the
list'. Personally, I'd like to see breakfast and dinner cooked, and let
the chips fall where they may for lunch.
