I would interpret the cooking requirement to mean menus consistent with the
season. I'd expect cooked breakfast and dinner but lunch might vary. One
of my favorite options is to have soup as an optional item on the lunch
menu. If the weather is cold, we cook the soup. If it's hot, we don't.
I would be more concerned with the content of the menu--was it reasonably
balanced, did it provide appropriate nutrition, etc. Of course, I like a
full breakfast so I expect more cooking for breakfast. I can handle
simpler lunches if I have a really great supper, etc.
I'd also look at the utensils required, i.e., can the same utensils be used
for most of the cooking or do we need a whole lot of different pots and
