I dunno where you are, or the rules of your local Lodge, or if this is a
ntional rule, but in our lodge (Anpetu-We, in Southeast Missouri/Southern
Illinois), elections MUST be run by an official OA election team. There's
no "should be using the lodge or chapter", it's a MUST. A Scoutmaster
cannot do it himself.
Have you checked on this? It would be a bad thing to have an election and
then have it rejected by the lodge.

I tried posting this last night, but I don't know if it went out, so
I'll do it again. I'm cross posting, because I need the info for Monday
I need the elections instructions for the new elections for O/A. I
know I should be using the lodge and chapter, but I just can't seem to
get in touch with anyone. I have to have the election tomorrow nite, so
this important. I have 13 Scouts elegible. but can't remember the
