Only by finding some other female over 21 to be there while the primary
female leader is absent.

Unfortunately, you are between the proverbial "Rock and a Hard Place".
My interpretation of the G2SS is that it is a 24/7 requirement, but
others might interpret it differently, so that it MIGHT (and I do
emphasize "might") be acceptable if the female leader is only absent
during the daytime, (i.e. leaves around Breakfast and returns around
Dinner). However, you indicated "a full day", implying she would be
gone overnight. That would definitely be a violation.
