Without putting too fine a point on it, I find your meaning offensive.
Unless you walked in my shoes and through the waters that I had to at the
time I was walking through the creeks, do not question the quality of the
program we had on offer or my use of my time at the time I was doing a job
for the lads that no one else involved in the troop would do at the time.
