I think this was pretty much of a given, considering local
anti-discrimination laws, and following the efforts of one city, Chicago
I think, to remove Boy Scouting Units from city property even before
this case came to court.
It now is up to BSA to decide if they can serve more youth, more
efficiently, using their old standards or by adopting less restrictive
