We just did this for our Philmont crew (T-Minus 28 days and counting!).
The local hospital has classes and one of our Troop moms is a trainer so
she did the first aid. One of the local industries has a trainer on staff
and he did the CPR for us. The hospital's first aid got us Red Cross
certification and the other was American Heart Assn.
And both organizations cut us a deal on the cost.
Isn't this called "knowing and using your resources".
