I'd look at a couple of things:
What did they do? Did they just sit around camp or did they participate
somewhere in camp--maybe by hanging one of the program areas and soaking up
Did they have fun?
There are a few kids who just don't care about advancement, and that can be
OK if they do it with eyes open and know what they'll miss further down the
road. Or perhaps these kids are over booked at home and needed this time
to just hang out.
Much as we'd like every kid to advance it won;t always happen. And that's
