Hmmm, Why not a scout shirt with zip off sleeves. There are many positive
points to this:
1. Vary the length according to the season, short in summer and zip on
long ones in winter.
2. Different sleeves for different jobs. Commissioner tonight? zip on
the commissioner sleeves. ASM tomorrow, put that sleeve on tonight.
3. Transition from Scout to Scouter is much easier. Just zip on the adult
4. Kid growing? Get new sleeves.
There is only one drawback to all this. How do we make sure that the zip
on legs and sleeves don't get confused.
The next idea to investigate is the possibility of zip in spandex panels
for those scouters who are expanding their horizons.
