[Randall C. Reed] Mick: Maybe that makes sense in Rochester, but in
central Florida, habitability makes long pants pretty much unbearable April
through November. At Camporees, I see maybe half a dozen pairs of long pants
in a group of several hundred attendees -and they're on Scouters who usually
win "ugliest leg" contests. Likewise, I don't know if I've ever seen even
one long-sleeved uniform shirt in Florida. Aesthetics take a back seat to
survivability in the Sunshine State!
