Well, have you ever looked at the lost and found stack at summer camp? The
most common items are single socks. With zip off legs we will be able to
add single legs. Go to any scouts home and look around the dryer. You
will probably find a stack of orphan socks whose mates have been lost
somewhere. To that collection we will now be able to add orphan legs.
Of course, in the American way of doing things, the idea of zip off legs is
very appealing. Take something simple and complicate it! Just more stuff
to keep track of. And of course, in our world of unrealistic expectations,
we would expect these combo shorts to cost less than regular shorts.
