I earned my Eagle in 1959. I would like to think that Scouting is still
benefitting from my leadership. Boys do not cease to exist just because
they turn 18. One of the great things about Scouting is that boys can
proceed at their own pace. Fast if they wish, slow if they wish.
Advancement is for the boy, not for those around him.
