I completely agree. I am a strong supporter of both Men being able to be
Girl Scout leaders and Men to be Boy Scout Leaders (at all positions and
levels). There is a point, however where 11-18 year olds need to be able to
talk with an adult, who may not be a family member, of the same sex.
Many these people are teachers, long time family friends and church leaders.
I suspect that many more are scout leaders, I know mine were.
