Highlights a significant "difference" between male and
female leaders: male leaders are assumed to be guilty (or at
least pre-disposed to misbehavior) until proven innocent.
Speaking of which, I was asked about an incident that
occurred recently in the Pittsburgh area (either Greater
Pitt. or Westmoreland-Fayette Council) that doesn't seem to
have made a splash in the national press.....yet. Couldn't
comment, didn't know the details but sounds like it would
have been prevented by adherence to YP requirements. Anyone
from Western PA have a news article URL?
