Two things. First, we must remember that Good Will's primary mission
is to provide training and employment to differently abled folks, across
the country. Recycling previously owned clothing is a laudible means to
this end. Anyone who reduces the cost of this effort, to say nothing of
increasing profits is worth whatever s/he is being paid.
Secondly, neither BSA nor the military "stock" big or small uniform
items locally, they are all held in reserve in a centrally located
location for distribution to those in the field in one manner or
another. They also have several programs to insure that we all remain
in fighting trim...or find other employment.
