Kimberly--this is disgusting. right now, stop what ever you are doing, and
call your district executive and explain the situation, and get his/her
help in resolving this matter. it has gone on entirely too long. if the DE
is not immediately available, then call the council office, ask for the
person over advancement, and explain the same to that person.
begin your conversation by asking for the procedure for making an appeal
for denial of advancement. that should get interest right away.
