I need some advice on dutch oven. I just did a apple cobbler and I don't
think it turn out right.
I had the right number of coals for it 8 on the bottom and 16-20 on the top.
I use a big can of sliced apples a #10 can and than I spread evenly a cake
Now the problem is the cake mix turns a light brown and stays on top. When I
soop it out there was a lot of juice from the apples.
Doesn't the cake mix suppose to mix with the fruit when cooking?
Does anybody just mix the cake and fruit together before cooking?
Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.
