Lawyer Bashing is an old sport.
In Literature, Shakespeare started it with:
"The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers." (Henry IV, part ii)
followed more recently by these titles:
Esther L. Cava: Let's Kill All the Lawyers
Alice Storey: First Kill All the Lawyers
Bill Adler, ed.: First, Kill All the Lawyers:
Legal Proverbs, Epitaphs, Jokes and Anecdotes
Daniel Kornstein: Kill All the Lawyers
Sloan Bashinsky: Kill All the Lawyers
Barry Longyear: Kill All the Lawyers
Marc Berrenson: Kill All the Lawyers
William Deverell: Kill All the Lawyers: A Novel

George Bernard Shaw wrote "No man is a hero to his valet"... or his
secretary or his aide.
We need more lawyers like him and they'll need more loyal assistants
Could some noble barristers pick up the gauntlet for that Eagle Scout

a doctor or lawyer or anyone else to refuse to serve you unless you sign
an agreement not to sue them - no matter what?
In the interest of safety many jurisdictions are considering outlawing
cell phones unless they are hands-free (i.e.Built-in) yet all
acknowledge that a cell phone is an important piece of safety equipment
that no one should be without. I guess that parking lot is going to be
pretty empty in a couple of years when cell phones become standard
equipment tied to the internet and GPS.

A lock pick and bolt cutters are, unless you're a locksmith.
An ax, a jack handle, tire chains and the vehicle itself are tools that
are only weapons if they are misused.
