Why on earth not? If not, then can we wonder why boys don't wear the
uniform proudly. I am pleased to say that after a couple of years of
commenting (lecturing) our Scout Executive has had a photo taken in uniform
and uses that (rather than then business suit) in the council publication.
But I had to harp on that

Clearly I was wrong in thinking this was an independent operation. Is it
owned by BSA or is this just coincidence

And they explained the dissatisfaction in the field how? I have been told
that Connecticut Yankee Council was a "beta site" and the staff at council
badmouth the program worse than what I have heard on this list (which is
going some). How does what they say agree with the scout law?
