I think what this may be is a "GROWTH OPPORTUNITY"?
How many leaders take the time at the end of a troop
or PLC meeting - for a reflection? Or as they call
them a Philmont _ Thorns and roses? What worked WELL
today ? Where could WE improve? ETC . . . I think
it helps BOTH the scouts and the parents understand that
the apparent confusion of a YOUTH run meeting - is not
with out merit or direction! How many use TEAM building
problems to help BOND the patrolls? etc.
