According to the flyer from my council, Boy Scouts and Varsity Scouts
are eligible to attend as participants (not staff) if they are First
Class or higher, and have completed the 6th grade or be at least 12
years of age by JULY 1, 2001, but not have reached their 18th birthday
by AUGUST 2, 2001.
Youth Staff must have been born between 8/1/1980 and 7/23/1985. Adult
Staff must have been born before 7/23/1980.
