As Rick points out that common sense is a wonderful thing, but
as I have been discussing with another list member - there are
OTHER powers that can impact your plans. Local county and state
HEALTH departments can OFTEN interject OTHER RULES into your
BSA planned acitivity - ie you may find that Fire codes do not
allow more than 100 angels on any given pin - and that for each 100
angels - you must have a pemranent sanatary station or a porta potty.
ANd you may also find out that you have to sterilize your MUD since
it appears that sterile MUD is permitted . . . ANd for those that
think =- well we can just go ahead - and not ASk the hrad questions
which is not much fun when the leagal monster hauls you into court . . .
