We've made up a looseleaf binder of
health forms we have at all campouts and activities.
Speaking as someone who has worked in a busy summer camp office. I having
medicals in a binder in order (alphabetical, and possibly separated scouts
from adults) can save lots of valuable time in an emergency (or even a minor
cut, you always need to look up tetanus or allergies to anything, etc.)
PLEASE AS YOU GET READY FOR CAMP THIS YEAR, ASSIGN AN ASSIST SCOUT MASTER
THE TASK OF ORGANIZING COPING & BINDING YOUR MEDICALS.
