The fact is, that here in the <snip> District of the <snip>
Council not a single scrap of paperwork other than a check and
registration form, which always asks only basic troop info and numbers
of attendees, has ever been required. At a council-wide camporee a few
years back, it was the same.
Without comment from me one way or the other, how does that strike the
Ummmm, the word "remiss" comes to mind. <G> I am assuming that the event
preregistration material put all units on notice that these things are
required. If so, then it's easy: They cannot be admitted, and they go home,
and they explain to the parents and troop committee exactly why they are
there. And then they do it right next time.
