I'm not excusing that unit, merely inquiring - how many districts routinely
check those things at camporees? The only times I've seen medical forms
checked were at summer camp and at PTC (which, incidentally, does not
require Class 3 forms - or anything close to them - for week-long stays, no
matter how old you are). I've never had tour permits or parental permission
slips checked, other than at the unit level.
I'm not saying checking the forms at camporees is a bad idea - just
wondering if this is common practice.
