True, but then being straight and heterosexual ALSO might bias one's

Well, I do admire the pagentry of a Catholic ceremony, just as I admire
the pagentry of a Greek Orthodox or Episcopalean ceremony, but I don't
see that their insistance on such pagentry needs to influence MY practice
of my lower-church ceremonies, any more than my practices and ceremonies
need be influenced by the snake-handlers' ceremonies.
