I would disagree.
Why can the Scoutmaster not earn the Boy Scout Leader's Training Award?
One of the seven Training requirements for the Scoutmasters Key is to
"Earn the Boy Scout Leader's Training Award". But I do not read that the
Scoutmaster can not earn the Boy Scout Leader's Training Award while in
the registered position of Scoutmaster.
Am I missing something in Dave's post??
I would agree with part of Dave's post regarding tenure, the item about
the ASM could use the tenure from the Boy Scout Leader's Training Award
toward the Scoutmasters Key. I would, however seek counsel with the
District Training Chair for agreement. But the last sentance is a
problem for me, I stated my thoughts above.
