All of the requirments for keys and training awards are contained in
the Leadership Training Committee Guide, # 34169B or later.
In the event that local training is not available or possible, there
are provisions for a scouter to complete the training by
coach-counseling, where the leader sits down with the book(s[usually
many]), and works through the process with a counselor at his or her own
pace. This can be done for every course but Wood Badge, AFAIK.
In your own case, your scoutmaster could do the learning on his or her
own, and then complete the requirements for the overnight camp out at
your scout camp, wherever it may be.
