I hate to differ with John...and it may be true that NOW they do not have
any more certificates left with the National Honorary Presidents' signature
on it; but I do know that two Scouts DID receive Eagle Scout certificates
with the National Honorary Presidents' signature in blue printed on the
certificates. This was as of three weeks ago....
