The same as always...it was that the Secretary of the Army's photo made
better "coverage". To give you a little insight, the services (to include
the Army) have been losing folks over the last few years and recruiting has
been slowed significantly. This is part of the Armed Services' way of
promoting the military as a viable "way of life" while at the same time
recognizing the accomphishments of the Scouting program.
Those participating DID get to meet the President (but not the Vice
President) as well as several members of Congress during their visit.

It takes them about two or three weeks after print to do the work neccessary
to place significant amounts of the magazine onto their website.
Remember...they don't manage their own site...they have a firm to do it for
