seeking clarification on the requirements for Public Speaking Merit Badge
item 3--the Scout picks the subject, correct?
item 4--the Scout picks the reading material or the counselor?
item 5--is there a place on-line where we can get the rules of order?
item 1--the speech needs to be written out verbatim?
what's the difference between part a in item one (a written speech of 750
words) and 1b-3, the final text?
sometimes I feel like it's harder to understand what the requirements mean
than to do the work:).
