I have to agree with Bruce on all points. This thread has taken on a life
on its own and is seemingly a bunch of adults making decisions for the boys
again and again. If some troop has a question about proper address of
either boys or adults, would it not be a question to be discussed and
decisions made within the patrol leaders' council? Respect for all is
addressed within the Scout Law.
