Eureka's direct number is: 1-800-572-8822. They do accept credit card orders.
You should also try Campmor, http://www.campmor.com
On their web site, they have the most common parts for the eureka
timberline tents, including replacement flys ($55/$65 for 2/4 man), as well
as shock cord kits, junction tubes (the plastic that holds the aluminum
frame together), aluminum poles, complete frames, repair tape and ground
Now, if you need replacement tent or tent pole bags, or the corner ring/pin
combinations, you will need to get those from Eureka directly.
In my experience with Eureka, they are very helpful, but their order
tracking leaves something to be desired.
