I've downloaded this program and looked at it, but also found it cumbersome
to get data into. Now that my thinking has again been kick started on the
subject, here's the best I can do.
Scout Track uses a database to hold it's information. It's probably the open
source "DB" format that most Palm apps use. If this is the case, all one
would have to do is pick up one of the many Palm DB conversion programs to
see the format of the database. If you already have you data in some
electronic format, just export it to a text file, the use something like
db-tools (available at http://www.palmgear.com) to convert your text file to
the proper database format for the Palm app.
While I may not be exact about this, you might want to write to Mark
Shillingburg (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org), the author of Scout Track, and
ask him about the database format he used for the app.
